Job Description: Preparingimplementation plans using M S Project.
Involvement in Effort Estimation of the Project Managing executing the projects on scheduleand creating project documents. To manage a50 people Web and dot net development team.
Set up systems and procedures to adhere to qualityguidelines. Take complete onus of all timelydeliveries of projects as per the quality/scopepromised. Constantly monitor and report onthe progress of the project to allstakeholders. Responding to RFPs anddocumentation activities such as SRS etc.
Need to come out with process improvements and newinitiatives. Escalating challenges with/scope increments from clients to Superiors in duetime.

Anticipating technical bottlenecks inprojects well in time and escalating tosuperiors VendorManagement
Prerequisites: Sound knowledgedot net 4.0 & successfully designed systems using the Ntierapproach.

Manages resources timelinescustomer interaction and deliverables of the project (cost qualityand timelines) Should have worked/managedprojects across technologies. Preferably DotNet Should have the ability to handlemultiple client accountsShould be a greattrouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challengingsituations
