Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram.

The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding. A recruiter will also be expected to use various recruitment platforms and build relationships with potential candidates, attracting them to open positions.

The recruiter will also provide recommendations to hiring managers and may participate in the development of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting.

Proven ability to identify top talent using various recruitment platforms and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, MBA will be preferred

Experience in employee relations, compliance, and other HR related services is a plus
