    Job Title:
    Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, IndiaExperience: 1-3 years

    Responsibilities:
    Collaboration and Consultation: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to comprehend business objectives, team dynamics, and specific technical prerequisites for product technology roles

    Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for product technology positions, encompassing sourcing, screening, and attracting high-caliber talent

    Candidate Sourcing:

    Employ various sourcing methods such as social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to construct a pipeline of qualified candidates.

    Utilize a diverse array of recruiting sources and devise innovative strategies to identify quality candidates and prospects for new business.

    Screen resumes and oversee job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.


    Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to proactively pinpoint and engage with top talent

    Data-Driven Insights:
    Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to furnish insights and recommendations for the continual enhancement of our hiring processes.
    Has good Problem-solving skills

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Proven experience (1-3 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in the technology industry.
    Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    Preferred:
    Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
    Familiarity with Indore's local talent market and industry landscape.
