Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with a strong background in brown field S4 HANA migration and implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance and controlling business processes, as well as experience designing and improving business processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate existing systems to S4 HANA, leveraging expertise in finance and controlling business processes
• Design and configure general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, banking, cost element, profit center, internal order, COPA, product costing, WBS, and other financial modules
• Work on integration with other SAP modules, utilizing knowledge of interface ALE, IDOCs, and data migration tools like LSMW, LTMC, etc.
• Lead workshops with business and process architects to analyze FITGAP and develop strategic plans for Simple Finance and Controlling/S4 HANA technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical guidance on customization of SAP FICO solutions

Requirements

• At least 2 full end-to-end project lifecycles in S4 HANA
• Experience working in a medium to large SAP landscape comprising multiple systems
• Good exposure to the automobile industry and Treasury management/IMPS module
• Proficient in design and configuration of financial modules, with a focus on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
