    Description

    We are looking for a passionate individual for the role of Inbound Sales Executive at our Noida Office.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Answer customer calls professionally, handling queries and resolving complaints effectively.

    Actively sell company's product and services to the customers who call.

    Provide customers with the product and service information.

    Make the customer interested in the product by explaining the product's benefits.

    Conducting the demo set up for the different products.

    Identify and escalate priority issues to the manager.

    Complete call logs and call reports as necessary and update them in a timely manner.

    Route calls to appropriate resources, whenever required.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in BBA or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and CRM software.
    • Proven sales experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
