    Description

    Key Results Areas / Key Performance Indicators:

    • Draw and deliver sales plans for all the verticals that fall in Growth.
    • Drive profitable sales growth across the channels.
    • Drive and maintain LTV/CAC for all channels.
    • Increase market share in the digital channels and increase product visibility and presence.
    • Support and provide directions to teams in operations of website, ecommerce platforms, app, content platforms and any other digital D2C initiatives.


    • Own key metrics

    • Sales, Traffic Engagement, LTV/ CAC, NPS, S&OP etc.
    • Run an effective acquisition funnel with diversified acquisition sources and strong customer loyalty.
    • Drive performance across marketing channels, own budgets and ROI.
    • Drive and own revenue generation from ecommerce and digital marketplaces.
    • Design, prepare and maintain S&OP and channel marketing programs.
    • Continually increase market share in marketplaces through a combination of product, marketing and tactical interventions.
    • Lead leadership level relationships with various marketplaces.
    • Liase with product and brand teams to help achieve sales objectives.
