    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Well-Being CAIE School Counsellor to join our team. As a CAIE School Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive counselling services to students, focusing on their emotional, social, and academic well-being. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in counselling, preferably in a school setting
    • Proven knowledge and experience in the CAIE curriculum
    • Strong understanding of mental health counselling principles and techniques
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Empathy and ability to connect with students
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
    • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team
    • Proficiency in using counselling techniques and tools
    • Certification in counselling or a relevant field is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide individual and group counselling to students, addressing their emotional, social, and academic needs
    • Develop and implement counselling programs to promote mental health and well-being within the school community
    • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' overall development
