    Position Overview:

    As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) placements, you will spearhead the identification, sourcing, and engagement of top-tier technical professionals for diverse contract opportunities. This pivotal role requires adeptness in sourcing, interviewing, relationship cultivation, and client liaison.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Employ proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
    • Forge a robust talent pipeline catering to various technical positions within specified timelines.
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews and technical evaluations to assess candidates' expertise, qualifications, and cultural alignment.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and subject matter experts to grasp job requisites and evaluate candidates correspondingly.
    • Foster enduring candidate relationships through transparent communication and consistent follow-ups.
    • Furnish candidates with detailed insights into client culture, expectations, and growth avenues.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their staffing imperatives and preferences.
    • Present well-suited candidates to clients, facilitate interviews, and streamline feedback and offer coordination.
    • Proficiently manage salary negotiations and oversee the hiring process to ensure seamless transitions from contract to full-time employment.
    • Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and client communications.
    • Ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on contract hiring (C2H).
    • Profound understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Demonstrated prowess in effective candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication aptitude.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
    • Driven by results, self-motivated, and equipped with a keen sense of urgency.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
