    Skills required:-

    C2H ROLE-6 MONTHS DURATION

    · Excellent Research Skills: Ability to gather information from various sources and synthesize it into engaging content;

    · Versatility in Content Creation: Proficiency in creating various types of content such as articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.

    · Collaboration Skills: Capacity to work effectively with other departments, to gather information, and ensure accuracy in the content, while maintaining brand consistency and messaging compliance with legal and corporate values.

    · Communication Skills: While technical expertise is crucial, strong communication skills are equally important for conveying complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

    · Editing and Proofreading: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in editing and proofreading content to ensure quality.

    · SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.

    · Time Management: Ability to manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of material.

    · Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

    · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    · Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement.

    · Community Engagement: Capacity to interact with the online community, respond to comments, and incorporate feedback.

    · Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in the industry.

    · Creativity and Idea Generation: Ability to generate innovative ideas for content based on audience needs and marketing goals.

    · Adaptability and Improvement: Willingness to continuously improve content by incorporating feedback and tracking audience responses.

    · Content Strategy Implementation: Understanding content strategy principles and aligning content creation with Hilti's software product goals and corporate values;

    Education requirement and considerable experience:-

    · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related technical field;

    · Proven experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in the software industry;

    · Strong understanding of software development concepts: terminology, APIs, and the overall software development process;

    · Technical Writing or Documentation Certification: Courses or certifications in technical writing or documentation are considered a plus;

    · Experience in applying User Experience (UX) principles is considered a plus;

    · Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Confluence and ZenDesk Guide, is considered a plus;

    · Familiarity with agile development methodologies is considered a plus;

    · Experience in developing or implementing content management strategies is considered a plus
