    JobProfile:1. Build marketingprograms to support Food Ingredients business objectives acrossdifferentproduct categories andsegments.2. Build the company Brand in aneffective manner in the short medium and longtermwith clear agreedmilestones.3. Design social and digitalmarketing strategies in alignment with businessdevelopmentobjectives. Implementingmarketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Plan &managemarketing budgets asapproved.4. Liaise with agencies &vendors (e.g. media agencies printers freelance graphics &contentcreators) as per marketingneeds.5. Conduct market research to collectand analyse data/trends and createmarketingpresentations / reports with highquality focus.6. Plan & manage tradeshow participation including stall planning designing andoverallbranding and communication plan inclose coordination with the sales team.7.Develop marketing calendar for customer & drive customerengagement program.8. Develop consolidatedproduct / category related market intelligence throughsecondarymarket research and developappropriate reports for management review.9.Develop high quality Food Ingredients product presentations for thesales team.10. Develop marketing capabilitypresentation for the food business for principals /externalsuppliers as per businessneed.11. Travel to some key customers alongwith sales team to develop customerunderstanding.12. Support President in othercorporate brand building initiatives from time totime.

    Skills/Experience Education:
    B.Sc(Preferably food technology / food science)/ MBA(Marketing).


    Experience:
    6 to 10 years inmarketing in Food/Flavour Pharma/Nutraceuticals productsorsimilar distributioncompany.
