    Required Skills : Oracle Fusion SCM - Fusion Procurement, Fusion Order Management, Fusion Inventory Management, Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Fusion Supplier Qualification Management , Fusion Maintenance Management.

    - As an Oracle SCM Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

    - Need to interact with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH & other SCM Cloud Modules.

    - An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product / technology family.

    - Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

    Applies best industry practices methodologies, company procedures, and leading practices.

    - Ability to communicate effectively.

    Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

    Desired Profile :

    - Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating strong customer relationships with the Support team.

    - Offer advice and assistance to internal employees dealing with diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

    - As an SCM Lead, you are expected to be an expert in problem-solving, particularly for extremely complex and critical customer issues, often involving previously unknown challenges.

    - Perform your assigned duties with a high level of autonomy, regularly reporting customer status and technical matters to management. You will work with minimal guidance from management.

    - Be sought after by both customers and employees to provide expert technical advice.

    - Act as a leading contributor, both individually and as part of a team.

    Provide direction and mentorship to team members.

    - Handle non-routine and highly complex technical tasks, applying advanced technical and business skills in your area of specialization.

    - Given substantial customer interaction, demonstrate the ability to work independently with exceptional communication skills.

    Consistently aim for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    - Any Industry Standard Certifications will be a plus.

    - Creativity, Personal Drive, Influencing and Negotiating, Problem Solving.

    - Building Effective Relationships, Customer Focus, Effective Communication and Coaching

    - Ready to travel as and when required by project.

    Experience :

    - Overall 8 to 15 Years experience with 6+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application.

    - Expertise in at least three SCM modules (Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Logistics and Distribution & other SCM Cloud Modules) is essential.

    - Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP / Oracle EBS /WMS /OTM-related domains with at least 5 End-to-End Implementations.

    Fusion Implementation will be an added advantage.

    - Extensive presentation experience

    - Strong influencing and negotiation skills

    - Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.

    - Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.

    - Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.
