    NKE Group is a 40-year old company serving the defence, aerospace & space sector headquartered in Bangalore. NK RF Products & Services is a 'Make in India' manufacturer of bespoke RF & Microwave Cable Assembly.


    We are looking for highly motivated, outcome-oriented individuals to facilitate and drive business-related requirements from customers and enable the front-line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently.

    As a sales operation associate in the NK RF Products & Services division, you will work closely with the sales and accounts team to fulfil the day-to day activities and coordinate the business generation processes.

    Total compensation for this role is INR 4-8LPA depending on years of experience.

    ResponsibilitiesCreating & maintaining a list of open enquiriesCoordinating with compliance, admin and production team to ensure orders move from enquiry stage to budgetary quote / tender stage and finally enter productionResponsible for creating budgetary quotation (BQN) documents which offer our products & services to customersSubmitting / Uploading tenders on respective government portals to acquire businessUnderstanding and answering pre-sales customer queries and enabling sales inquiries by following it through the process life-cycleOther administrative tasks which are related to ensuring we are delivering to customers

    Qualifications2+ years of experience in a sales / operations roleBachelor's degree in any engineering, or technical field from any collegeMasters / Diploma in management (MBA), regardless of any undergraduate degreeKnowledge of MS-Office -Word & Excel is mandatoryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
