Role Overview: Business Development Associate
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will manage and grow relationships with new and existing partners through high-touch networking, lead generation, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and create complete proposals
Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
Provide administrative support with excellent customer service and smooth communication
Maintain and update databases with strong organizational skills to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
