    As a Regional Sales Manager at Itech Ecommerce Pvt Ltd,you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and success of our business in the Karnataka Region. You will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, establishing and nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure the team's success.

    Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in Mumbai. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market share.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients Understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and work closely with the team to deliver solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

    Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a regional sales plant at aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

    Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field(MBA isa plus).

    ProvenexperienceinB2Bsales, with a minimum of5yearsofsuccessfulsalesleadership experience.

    StrongunderstandingoftheB2BIndustryandtheKarnatakamarket.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and inter personal skills.

    Strategicthinkerwiththeabilitytodevelopandexecutesales strategies.

    Results-orientedandtarget-driven.

    ProficientinusingCRMsoftwareandothersalestools.

    WillingnesstotravelwithintheKarnatakaasneeded.
