Prior experience working as a US Staffing recruiter is a must.

Base Salary + Commission (we have the best commission structure in place)

Excellent English Communication Skill is Mandatory (Oral and written).

Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment Sourcing & screening potential IT candidates for full time & contract openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements

Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.

Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.

Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
