    Responsibilities:

    1.

    Masterplan Organization and Documentation:
    Collect andorganize the CEO's strategic inputs visions and ideas intoa structured detailed global business plan.

    Document thestrategy for each component of the business including but notlimited to smart kitchen blueprints nextgeneration food labs supplychain infrastructure and cuttingedge food technologyinitiatives.

    Collaborative Facilitation andCommunication:

    Act as the primary liaison between theCEO internal teams and external partners to ensure effectivecommunication and collaboration in the development of the businessplan.

    Organize and coordinate meetingsworkshops and brainstorming sessions to gather input feedback andalignment on the business plan & #39;s direction anddetails.

    Research and AdministrativeSupport:
    Perform market analysis industry trendsresearch and regulatory compliance checks to support the strategicplanning process.
    Provide administrative and logisticalsupport to ensure that planning activities are conductedefficiently and are supported by accurate uptodateinformation.

    Timeline Milestone and DeliverablesManagement:

    Develop and maintain a detailed projecttimeline including key milestones and deliverables to guide theexecution of the global business plan.

    Work withdepartment heads and external stakeholders to set realisticdeadlines allocate responsibilities and track progress against theplan.

    Monitoring Reporting and Adjustment:
    Establish a monitoring system to track the progress of the businessplan's implementation identifying challenges bottlenecksand successes.
    Regularly report to the CEO and involvedstakeholders on progress insights and recommendations foradjustments or course corrections as necessary.

    6.

    Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    Stay informed onindustry trends emerging technologies and operational bestpractices to recommend updates and innovations for the businessplan.
    Encourage a culture of continuous improvement byregularly reviewing and suggesting enhancements to strategies andoperational processes.

    General

    Responsibilities:

    Uphold the company's missionvalues and standards of excellence in all activities.
    Ensure confidentiality and protect proprietary information relatedto the company's strategies operations and competitiveadvantages.
    Participate in professional developmentopportunities to enhance skills relevant to the role and thecompany's strategic objectives.

    Assumptions:
    The Employee will report directly to theCEO or a designated senior executive.
    The role mayrequire occasional travel to meet with partners attend industryevents or conduct field research.
    The Employee isexpected to use project management tools and software provided bythe company to organize and report on planningactivities
