    Job Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and versatile Photographer and Videographer to join our team, specializing in on-ground event coverage primarily in bars, hotels, and event venues. The ideal candidate will be adept in both traditional camera and mobile phone photography and videography, with a keen eye for creating engaging content such as reels and stories for social media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Capture high-quality photographs and video footage at various events, ensuring the essence and atmosphere of each venue is effectively conveyed.

    - Create engaging, dynamic content tailored for social media, including but not limited to reels, stories, and live updates.

    - Work closely with the content team to develop and execute content strategies that enhance audience engagement.

    - Manage all aspects of on-site production, including equipment setup, lighting, and sound.

    - Edit photos and videos to produce polished and compelling final products.

    - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media content and adapt strategies accordingly.

    - Ensure all content aligns with LWYD Interactive's brand and standards, as well as client expectations.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both camera and smartphone work.

    - Experience covering live events, particularly in nightlife settings such as bars and hotels.

    - Proficiency with modern photography and videography equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and advanced mobile photography techniques.

    - Skilled in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and mobile editing apps.

    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with event attendees and team members.

    - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover live events.

    - Creative and dynamic storyteller with a passion for creating interactive and engaging content.
