Cafe + Studio Assistant Manager cum Chef - Hyderabad, India - Thrivesome ™

Description

Thrivesome is a wellness-based concept with a coffee shop and an experience studio. These are requirements for full-time on-site staff at Hyderabad. We are looking for multiple open roles involving a combination of food preparation, food service, ensuring food safety, providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage operations, as well as event management as needed.

Barista and Server Requirements: 1 opening

• Experience in managing food and beverage operations cashiering
• Food and beverage preparation skills for a nourishing bites and refreshing sips menu (heavy cooking not needed)
• Food and beverage serving skills with strong experience in hospitality and customer service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi or Telegu

Assistant Manager and Chef Requirements: 1 opening

• Experience in managing food and beverage operations, cashiering & inventory
• Menu management and delivery to expected presentation and quality
• Food and beverage preparation skills for a nourishing bites and refreshing sips menu (heavy cooking not needed)
• Knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a very high level of cleanliness and quality

• Ability to multi-task in day to day operations based on business needs
