    Description

    The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Build relationships with prospective clients
    • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
    • Manage sales pipeline
    • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
    • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
    • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • CRM experience is preferred

    1Building Material Industry Knowledge - Cement, Construction, Chemical, Plumbing material, Pipe, Door, AAC Block, Ready mix plaster (If knowledge can negotiate package).

    2Candidates must be very enthusiast & Street Smart

    3Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    4Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

    5In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

    6Analytical and multitasking skills

    7A team player with high level of dedication

    8Bachelors degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus

    9Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

    10Experience of 2 to 3 Years in Similar or related Industries will be an asset.
