Your role in our mission

Work with business users to gather requirement. Design, develop, test, document, train, configure and deploy and maintain customizations to the CRM system according to business needs.
Perform data migrations from legacy systems to the CRM system.
Troubleshoot issues with customizations.
Provide Tier 2 support for the CRM system.
Participate in CRM upgrade projects.

What we're looking for

9+ years Skills in leveraging Dataverse, Dynamics 365/CRM, Power App, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure/on premise, SharePoint Online, .NET, Microsoft O365 services.9+ Extensive experience in Dataverse / Dynamics CRM Configuration, Customization and Extensions (Plug-in development), Data Model, Security model and Deployments.

Hands-on coding experience using C#.Net, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, WebAPIWorking Knowledge on Data Modeling, ETL & Reporting using T-SQL, SSIS, ADF, Kingsway Soft Add-on, SSRS & Power BI.

Experience with SQL server and oracle databasesExperience with designing and integrating with IVR systems, SMTP and webservices/API'sPreferred but not required Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization certification
