    We Are Hiring SAP Functional - SAP HCM

    • Online Interview - Shortlisting in Progress.
    • Location: Dhahran, KSA
    • Salary: USD (Accommodation, Transportation provided; no Food Allowance)

    Experience:

    • 5+ years experience in a business or functional analyst role
    • Minimum of 2 years experience researching SAP HR Payroll related issues
    • Experience in developing process maps, completing configuration, creating technical development specs, performing application testing, gathering business requirements, and handling change management activities in support of SAP HR Payroll processes

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • General knowledge of functionality, tools, and methods used within the HR Payroll Module
    • General knowledge of core functionality within the SAP HCM Module
    • Cross-module awareness within the SAP ERP Application
    • Awareness of consistent user experience with other SAP transactions
    • Experience with SAP tools such as LSMW, workflow, portal
    • Technical knowledge (strongly preferred) including:
    • Working knowledge of configuration for the SAP Payroll Module
    • Integration points with all other SAP modules
    • Experience with ESS and MSS
    • Experience with SAP workflow

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the Processing class and Evaluation Class
    • Research and resolve SAP HR Payroll related issues
    • Develop process maps and complete configuration as per business requirements
    • Create technical development specs and perform application testing
    • Gather business requirements and handle change management activities
    • Ensure consistent user experience with other SAP transactions
    • Utilize SAP tools effectively to enhance HR Payroll processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions
    • Stay updated with latest SAP technologies and industry trends

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

    Years of Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a business or functional analyst role with SAP HR Payroll focus.

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Strong technical knowledge in SAP HR Payroll Module configuration, integration points with other SAP modules, ESS, MSS, and SAP workflow.

    Contract Period:

    • Permanent position with a probation period of 3 months.
