    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products or services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.
    2. Manage the companys social media presence across all digital channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
    3. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with customers.
    4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to optimize ROI and effectiveness.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to create engaging content for digital channels.
    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
    7. Manage and oversee the companys website, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
    8. Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
    9. Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
    10. Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance for management and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
    3. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
    4. Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and proficiency in analyzing data to drive insights and decisions.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
    6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
    7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    8. Experience working with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as marketing automation software, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS).
    9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    10. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
