RoleDescription: To manage allthe site services and to comply with the agreed objectives andstandards and to develop a teamwork philosophy with the Client Deploy teamresources in most effective & safe manner to achieve theagreed service levels andobjectives
KeyResponsibilities Going forwalkaround of the facility everyday. Check theallCritical equipment s parameters andnoted. Review theDaily report and sent to Client andOperations. Checkall the logregister. Facilityinspection carried out and report prepare as perplanned. Checks theInspection report isclosed. Followingwith AMC vendor and complete the PM services100%. Prepare& review weekly report and send toclient. To organizecollection of data (Fuel Power Air & water) and ensurereporting to on a monthly basis or as per client schedule &prepare MIS report and submit toclient. Review EBbill prepare analysis report and send toclient. Follow withEngineers to HK operatives work and monitoring as planned and inform to team (improvement ifrequired). Tosupervise shift Engineers Technicians work on allocated area& floors and to be ensuring that work is carried out to thestandard as required by the client & as per scope of work. To check on thefunctions of all critical equipment s on a daily basis. Conduct briefingson a regular basis as per set standards. To provideinformation essential toManagement.

Technical Induction given to new joiners (ifrequired) Arrangetraining program and attend with team asplaned Check allrecords are maintained on regularbasis Deploy teamresources in most effective & safe manner to achieve theagreed service levels andobjectives.

PrepareRO PO and Purchase indent Work requisition (ifrequired) Followingthe payments for vendor andclient Check Joborder & Floor Inspection rounds report work are completedwithin the timeline.

Complete allcomplaints / requests areclosed. Any minorand major problems discuss with team and escalate to client& RegionalOffice. DieselPetrol & Propane level physical monitoring and as perstandard (if found low level escalate to Plant engineering team). Undertaking anyjob delegated by the RegionalManager.

Takeactive part while trouble shooting in case ofbreakdowns Issuingwork permits and ensures the vendor follow the safety procedureswhile on the site.

Qualifications:

Should be B.E(Electrical / Mechanical) Degree holder no diploma no part timeholder degree with 15 years of work experience Facility managementin commercial property orHospitality. Shouldpossess an eye fordetail The personneeds to have excellent communication skills experience in workingwith a very young and demanding set of employees having the abilityto navigate in unknown circumstances and situations and needs toconnect well with the employees. A very smart energetic person whois capable of taking initiative and decisions whenneeded.
