WHAT YOU WILL DO:
YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to cash management processes and systems.
Conduct in-depth analysis of current Supply chain finance practices, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive requirement documents, user stories, and process flows.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Work closely with technical teams to design and implement cash management solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate the development of prototypes, proofs of concept (POCs), and functional specifications for cash management systems.
Support the testing and deployment of new cash management solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline Supply chain finance processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing cash flow, liquidity, and forecasting.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and external vendors, to drive Supply chain finance initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide guidance and support to business users, ensuring smooth adoption of new cash management solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Advanced degree or certification in Supply chain finance/Business Analysis is a plus.5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Supply chain finance areaStrong understanding of Supply-chain finance principles, trade finance and banking/payment systems.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process flows, and conducting gap analysis.Experience in collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to implement solutions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex concepts and solutions.
