Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners Ensure smooth onboarding implementation and ongoing success of customers Drive customer engagement renewals and upsell opportunities Monitor customer performance metrics proactively resolve issues Coordinate with internal teams Tech Product Sales Ops to deliver optimal solutions Gather customer feedback translate insights into actionable improvements Prepare regular reports reviews performance updates for stakeholders
