    We are seeking dedicated individuals for the International Voice Process role in India. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support to our international clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for international clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
