- Act as the primary point of contact for high net-worth clients, family offices and corporate entities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market share, focusing on high-net-worth clients, family offices, and other target entities.
- Identify and prioritise partnership opportunities with relevant organisations, including financial institutions, wealth management firms, and other industry stakeholders.
- Drive the development of marketing collateral, sales presentations, and other materials to support partnership initiatives and client engagement efforts.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility, build relationships, and drive business growth
- Track and analyse key performance metrics related to client acquisition, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Actively monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized service.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our wealth-tech solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients to maximize their utilization of our software suite.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the Wealth Domain, with a focus on managing relationships with high net worth clients
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
