    Description
    • Identify relevant events for category consumption
    • Sharpen the category communication in existing stores and new stores
    • Execution of marketing properties like house ware, toys, toiletries, plastic ware, etc - Timely planning and execution
    • Shoot Planning - collecting the merchandise and constant follow up with all parties- Category, Zonal marketing , agency and photographer/production
    • Media Planning- ensure desired share of voice is maintained for the brand
    • Keeping a track of competition activities
    • Making all efforts to make the most of the budget
    • Study campaign performance and make learning board
    • Effective interaction with category team, zonal team, digital team and agency
    • Co-ordinating with cross functional teams - Category for offers, Marketing Operations for planning and Designers for creatives.
    • Managing the end to end development of tactical creatives like leaflets and SMS (jpegs with offers sent as bitly link)
    • Assisting the Marketing Operations (SMH & RMM) and Visual Merchandising teams for the tactical campaign creatives – BTL.
    • Print ad creatives - end to end management - getting offers, sharing with design team for creative development, proof-reading the creatives, getting approvals for category and operations team before releasing to print – ATL.
    • Coordination with the media agency for radio campaigns and OOH - ATL
    • Agency management - giving creative briefs and getting the desired output
    • Assisting in the shoots - static as well as AV.
    • Aligning all the stake holders and facilitating the smooth execution.
    • Ensuring that every piece of Marketing Communications across the platforms (ATL/ BTL/ Store/ Digital) is as per the defined brand guidelines
    • Data analysis - impact of marketing promotions and campaigns as well as tracking the performance of stores (NOB's/ Net Sales/ ABV/ Basket size/ Category penetration etc.).

    What You'll Need :

    • MBA degree in marketing top B-School.
    • 6/7 Yrs of experience in Marketing Communication.
    • Experience in General Merchandising Category is MUST
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
    • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
    • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
