Job Overview:We areseeking a skilled and dynamic bartender to join our team andcontribute to creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for ourpatrons. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customerservice skills a strong knowledge of mixology and the ability towork efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.Responsibilities:

1. CustomerService:

• Greetcustomers warmly and provide an invitingatmosphere.
• Take drink orders from patrons andoffer recommendations when requested.
• Interactwith customers in a friendly and professionalmanner.

1. Mixologyand DrinkPreparation:

• Prepareand serve a variety of beverages including cocktails beer and wineaccording to established recipes andstandards.
• Possess a thorough understanding ofdrink recipes garnishes andpresentation.
• Ensure the quality andconsistency of all drinksserved.

1. BarMaintenance:

• Keepthe bar area clean organized andwellstocked.
• Monitor and manage inventorylevels of alcohol mixers and other barsupplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipmentincluding glassware utensils andtools.

1. Compliance:

• Adhereto all relevant health safety and sanitationguidelines.
• Verify the age of customers toensure compliance with legal drinking agerequirements.
• Familiarity with local alcoholregulations andlicensing.

1. CashHandling:

• Handlecash and process payments accurately.
• Providecorrect change and maintain an organized cashdrawer.

1. Communication:

• Collaboratewith other staff members such as servers and kitchen staff toensure smooth service.
• Effectively communicatewith customers to understand their preferences and provide apersonalizedexperience.

1. UpsellingandPromotion:

• Promotespecial drinks or promotions to increasesales.
• Upsell premium or specialty beverageswhenappropriate.

1. ProblemResolution:

• Addresscustomer concerns or complaints in a timely and professionalmanner.
• Alert management to any issues thatrequireattention.

Requirements:

• Provenexperience as a bartender in a similarestablishment.
• Strong knowledge of mixologydrink recipes and presentation.
• Excellentcustomer service and communicationskills.
• Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle stressful situations withcomposure.
• Attention to detail and a commitmentto cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity withPOS systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge oflocal alcohol regulations andlicensing.
