    Description
    The role will ensure:

    •Working with the Bellin tool to enable smooth Intercompany balance reconciliation, netting & settlement of invoices.

    •Generating statements for FX deals, communicating the settlement details to local markets

    •Partnering with local markets & controllers to resolve unmatched invoices/disputes

    •Taking ownership to escalate the unresolved disputes to regional finance teams for actions

    •User data and bank details maintenance in Bellin tool

    •Intercompany and External Payment trouble shooting and query resolution

    •Partnering with CI/Automation team to achieve process efficiency

    The role requires a person who will bring energy and passion to this dynamic, diverse and highly acquisitive company. They will need to influence and collaborate at all levels of the Finance teams – the local Finance teams, the outsourced teams, Regional / Cluster Finance teams and the Group Finance team.

    Senior Analyst - Operational Finance

    Job Description:

  • Monthly Payroll & Recharges Accounting and Analysis
  • Supporting in clearing P&L Intercompany balances
  • Delivery of Month End closure (MEC) activitiesStaff Cost Accounting and ReportingHeadcount reporting in BPC
  • Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations and required workings and commentary for BS calls.
  • Support Manager/Assistant Manager in monthly/Quarterly financial reporting and control activities
  • Preparation & Consolidation and support ad-hoc activity during budget and forecast.
  • Responsible for maintaining updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), dashboard preparation, and ensuring audit compliance.
  • Deliver timely and error-free reports, KPI dashboards, non-compliance reports, and other key process metrics to the stakeholders.
  • Manage ad hoc requirements and projects in financial control & compliance areas
  • Supporting the Manager/Assistant manager in the external audit process e.g., gathering documentation for the organization's procedures/other audit-supporting materials
  • Recharge IN and Out staff cost tracking and ensure timely submission of data by adhering to deadlines

    • Professional Skills

  • Finance Graduate/Postgraduate/Semi qualified Accountant with 6-8 years of experience in Payroll Accounting, P&L and Balance sheet analysis, GL & Record to Report process.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of D365, SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) and Blackline tool will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
  • Agile and flexible to changing needs and ad-hoc requirements.
