This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst encompassing Management Consulting responsibilities such as analyzing complex business problems, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

The experience needed for this role is 3 years or more as a business analyst or similar role in a business consulting company.

The candidate should have experience in building technical and commercial proposals for consulting projects within the scope of services under the supervision of the consulting team.

The role entails project management tasks, day-to-day operational tasks, and communication aspects with stakeholders.

A Senior Business Analyst should be able to collaborate with clients, conduct research, and leverage analytical skills to propose innovative solutions for enhancing efficiency and profitability.

QualificationsSaudi National

Experience in Business Analysis and Management consulting.

Experience in Consulting Project Management

Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple projects

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

Excellent spoken and written English language

Strong written and verbal communication skills

CCBA Certification or other related certificate is preferred but not required

RequirementsEducated to High school level (as a minimum) 3 – 4 years' experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments for all employee affairs Should be knowing about the GOSI & QIWA.

Have practical exposure of changing the IQAMA status Understanding of Govt Portals- GOSI & QIWA Need to have good knowledge on Saudi Labour Laws Good knowledge of Saudi labour and immigration rules Good command of English and Arabic both oral and written Excellent problem-solving and quality control skills.

Excellent customer service skills. Proactive and responsible Cooperative Computer skills (Microsoft office)
