Overview

The ProductDesigner plays a key role in the development and enhancement of ourproducts. As a crucial member of the design team they will beresponsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing userexperiences that align with our brand and resonate with our users.The Product Designer will collaborate closely with crossfunctionalteams to ensure that our products meet both user needs and businessobjectives.

KeyResponsibilities

• Create and iterateon wireframes user flows and prototypes to effectively communicateinteraction and design ideas
• Conduct userresearch and gather feedback to inform designdecisions
• Collaborate with product managers andengineers to ensure seamless implementation ofdesigns
• Develop visual designs and assets forvarious platforms while maintaining consistency and a high level ofquality
• Participate in usability testing andincorporate feedback into the designprocess
• Stay updated on industry trends bestpractices and emerging technologies
• Advocatefor the user throughout the product developmentprocess
• Contribute to the evolution andimprovement of design processes andstandards
• Work closely with stakeholders tounderstand and translate business requirements into designsolutions
• Create and maintain designdocumentation andspecifications

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelors degree inDesign HumanComputer Interaction or a relatedfield
• Proven experience in UI/UX design for weband mobile applications
• Demonstratedproficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch AdobeXD Figma or similar
• Strong understanding ofdesign principles and best practices
• Experiencewith user research methods and usabilitytesting
• Ability to collaborate effectively withcrossfunctional teams
• Excellent visual andverbal communication skills
• Strong portfolioshowcasing a range of design projects andprocesses
• Knowledge of frontend developmenttechnologies is a plus
• Experience working in anagile environment is preferred
