    Role Description

    As the Store Manager for Saphed's flagship location, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an unforgettable brand experience to our customers. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of the premium fashion space, an eye for detail, and a passion for sustainable fashion. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and motivated leader with previous experience managing inventory, guiding customers with expert style advice, and maintaining high store standards. It also includes daily store operations, managing the store team, ensuring effective communication with the office and upholding the brand's standards of service excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Experience: Create a welcoming environment for customers, offering personalized style consultations that reflect the brand's ethos and values.
    • Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory checks and manage stock efficiently to ensure availability and timely replenishment of products.
    • Sales & Strategy: Drive sales by understanding customer needs, suggesting appropriate products, and implementing strategies to meet monthly sales goals.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Saphed's fabric choices, product collections, and brand story to communicate confidently with customers.
    • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and general upkeep.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service, uphold store policies, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the team to ensure that products are displayed beautifully and align with Saphed's brand aesthetics.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role at a premium fashion brand. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Inventory Skills: Proficient in daily inventory management and maintaining stock records.
    • Customer-Centric: A passion for helping customers feel comfortable and confident in their clothing choices.
    • Fashion Savvy: Up-to-date with fashion trends, particularly in sustainable and comfortable wear.
    • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a small team. Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident in interacting with diverse clientele and representing the Saphed brand.
    • Prior Experience in a Retail Environment: Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention expertise
