We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our team at UNCOVER Laser, Skin, and Hair Clinics. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, promoting our dermatological services, and fostering relationships to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of dermatological services, including laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, and hair restoration.
• Educate potential clients about our clinic's offerings, benefits, and the expertise of our dermatologists.
• Listen attentively to client inquiries, assess their needs, and offer suitable treatment options or appointments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and competitive services to effectively communicate our unique value propositions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in telesales, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and empathetic phone manner.
• Familiarity with dermatological or cosmetic services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
