About the CompanySporting Syndicate is the largest Sports Goods manufacturers and exporters in India. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1960 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead our Rubber department.
The roles and responsibilities will include:
Leading the department's Production department, in coordination with Quality, Purchase, Dispatch and Maintenance departmentsLead the staff in the unit along with workers to achieve Production Capacity on a daily basisLook for ways to improve manufacturing ways by using tools of Lean Management and Six SigmaManage vendor relationshipsWork with R&D department to develop new rubber products
About youPrevious experience in a Rubber industry is necessaryAt least 8 years of experience in Manufacturing is requiredHave leadership qualitiesWork harder than the rest of the departmentKnowledge about Rubber compounding is a plus
