    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth for payroll outsourcing services across various industry sectors, including mid-to-large organizations.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Own and drive revenue generation for payroll outsourcing services across diverse industry verticals.
    • Lead enterprise sales initiatives to grow the regional customer base and close high-value contracts with key accounts.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS WITH C-LEVEL STAKEHOLDERS IN HR AND FINANCE.
    • Conduct consultative sales engagements, including tailored pitches, solution demonstrations, and ROI-based business cases.
    • Develop and implement a scalable sales process covering lead generation, opportunity qualification, solution alignment, and client onboarding.
    • Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and monitor sales performance.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams—including product, implementation, and leadership—to align market strategy and improve service delivery.
    • Contribute to the development of sales enablement tools, playbooks, and training frameworks to support team success.
