We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Online Marketing to lead and elevate the online marketing strategy for The Wellness Shop, a premium personal care clean beauty brand.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
• Implement innovative and datadriven approaches to reach target audiences.

• Manage a substantial budget (20 crores and above) for paid marketing channels, including social media ads, Google ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Optimize and scale paid marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.

• Design and implement effective customer retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
• Utilize customer data and analytics to personalize and enhance the customer experience.

• Oversee content marketing initiatives to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with the brand's audience.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and enhances organic visibility.

• Build and lead a highperforming online marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department.

• Identify and execute strategies to scale the company's online presence and reach.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous Bachelor's degree from a premium college; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in online marketing roles within the beauty or personal care industry.
• Proven track record of managing large paid marketing budgets.
• Strong expertise in social media ads, Google ads, and content marketing.
• Experience with customer retention strategies and tools.
