Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR and Admin related functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, processing payroll.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensuring legal compliance and documentation.
• Administration related functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
