    Our Team

    At Whatfix, we specialize in delivering guided assistance across three critical application layers: Desktop, Mobile, and Web. With a focus on the Desktop DAP layer, a recent venture, our team of nine highly experienced engineers is dedicated to innovation and continuous learning.

    Having filed six patents to date, we tackle unique challenges, setting industry standards as pioneers in our field.

    Your Opportunity

    Joining the Desktop Engineering Team @Whatfix offers the chance to work on intricate algorithms, automation APIs, system level APIs, and optimization challenges. Every solution developed has the potential to be a groundbreaking idea eligible for a patent. Working with us provides exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning and the opportunity to contribute to our core product.

    Must-Have:

    • Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or any technology with a passion for excellence
    • 7+ years of coding and technical problem-solving experience
    • Familiarity with Desktop application development preferred
    • Hands-on experience in building SaaS applications
    • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
    • Expertise in software development best practices and design principles
    • Commitment to quality and strong communication skills
    • Fast learner and team player

    Good to Have:

    • Experience with ReactJS, Swift, or Objective C

    Key Responsibility:

    • Lead the lifecycle of features from design to deployment
    • Enhance code structure for testability and maintainability
    • Contribute to and review design documentation
    • Specialize in technical areas
    • Demonstrate ownership and initiative
    • Collaborate with teams to solve problems and make design decisions
