    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    An in-depth knowledge of retail sales & operations encompassing the below.

    RETAIL STORE

    • Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards.
    • Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Train and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures.
    • Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as state and local health regulations.
    • Works with store representatives to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
    • Manage and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize shrinkage.
    • Monitor stock and inventory and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis.
    • Ensuring that the attendance system & the POS systems are in working condition at the stores
    • Ensuring all sales processes are done through & recorded in the POS system and the sales ledger
    • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including the timely submission of all personnel paperwork, preparing, and submitting reports, and monitoring sales receipts and cash.

    EVENTS & STALLS

    • Own the entire responsibility of setting up of stalls at events.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising standards.
    • Travel to different events across India along with the products.
    • Manage entire sales responsibilities at the stall.
    • Conduct customer engagement activities at stalls.

    STAFF

    • Train and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
    • Hire, train, develop, and supervise staff.
    • Provide staff with feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
    • Coordinate daily staffing and staffing schedules.
    • Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
    • Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
    • Works with store representatives to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
    • Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
    • Devise & execute customer engagement activities in the store
    • Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, including store appearance, display of merchandise, product placement, story layout, and selling procedures.

    WORKING TOGETHER

    • Supporting the CEO or executive team's vision and process ideals.
    • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
    • Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
    • Works closely with the management team on other special planning and departmental projects.

    REPORT/S

    • Oversees and reports daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales trends and customer feedback.
    • Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.

    OTHER

    • Collaborates with transitions and onboarding team as needed.
    • Assesses a variety of situations and provide clarity to team and stakeholders.
    • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
    • Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
    • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    Note - The job requires the personnel to travel to different cities in the country.
