    Job Role: Senior MERN Stack Front-end Developer

    Experience: 7 years

    Salary : 18 LPA

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-end Developer proficient in the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack. As a senior member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts, collaborating with cross functional teams, and architecting scalable and maintainable solutions.

    Responsibilities:


    • Lead the front-end development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior

    developers.


    • Architect, design, and develop responsive and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.


    • Collaborate with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high

    quality software solutions.


    • Translate UI/UX designs into well-structured and maintainable code.


    • Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and

    browsers.


    • Implement best practices and standards for front-end development, including code reviews,

    testing, and documentation.


    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development, and advocate

    for their adoption when appropriate.


    • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions and optimizations.


    • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and

    retrospectives.


    • Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the product, providing insights

    and recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).


    • Proven experience as a front-end developer, with a focus on the MERN stack.


    • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in modern JavaScript libraries

    and frameworks (especially ).


    • In-depth understanding of front-end technologies and best practices, including state

    management, component-based architecture, and responsive design.


    • Experience with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).


    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.


    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on delivering iterative and

    incremental solutions.


    • "Proficiency in SQL databases such as PGSQL will be a very strong plus". "Candidate
