- Implementing marketing strategies to meet company goals.
- Executing key tasks to ensure company goals are met.
- Working closely with other departments to implement new opportunities and solve issues as they arise
- Defining and executing on new marketing initiatives
- Developing sales tools and collaterals
- Managing external & internal communication. ,
- Maintaining relationships with customers and prospects including customer service calls and email correspondence.
- Work closely with sales representatives, importers, exporters, mill owners, etc. on a daily basis in order to maintain relationships with key stakeholders .
- Creating a social media presence to engage consumers for e-commerce business .
- Track market research data on competition & analyse comp shops to identify grey areas in retailer's product mix .
- Create forecasts for export sales volumes and revenues .
- Collaborate with internal departments to analyse export performance data.
- Manage textile trade shows and events .
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Gain complete knowledge in manufacturing and costing of at least one product category in home textiles
- Other duties as assigned.
