Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) Engineer to join their ESG Technology team and play a key role in supporting their customers on their ESG journey.

Responsibilities:

System Integration:

Design, implement, and maintain solutions using the MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) platform for efficient ESG reporting.

Integrate MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) with other systems to ensure a seamless flow of ESG data.

Process Automation:

Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline ESG processes and improve efficiency.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automated solutions.

Platform Configuration:

Configure and customize the MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) platform to meet specific business requirements.

Optimize the platform for performance and scalability.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and IT, to understand reporting needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support for MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager)-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.

Security and Compliance:

Implement and enforce security measures to protect ESG data in compliance with customer regulations.

Stay informed about MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) updates and security features.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.

Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members.

Training and Mentorship:

Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) platform.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) and ESG reporting.

Propose and implement enhancements to the MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager)environment.

Project Management:

Lead and manage projects related to MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager) implementation and optimization.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in MSM (Microsoft Sustainability Manager)Platform

Hands on experience as a MSM Engineer on the ESG platform.

Strong knowledge of ESG reporting processes and MSM platform.

Proficient in system integration, process automation, and platform configuration.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Project management experience is a plus.
