    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
    • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
    • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
    • Identify customers needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
    • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
    • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
    • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems.
    • Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
