Job Description: We are looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Developer with 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing user interfaces using ReactJS and other modern technologies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and layout and be proficient in creating seamless and dynamic user experiences for various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
• Iterate on design prototypes and mockups, optimizing them for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain and improve the front-end of applications, ensuring high performance and integrating with backend services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design and development, particularly with ReactJS.
• Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing creativity and depth of thought.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and its frameworks, especially ReactJS.
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
