Join Vandana Global, a leading organization in the industry, as we seek an exceptional General Manager Human Resources to lead our HR team.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in HR & Admin management in Steel or Manufacturing industry. If you have a proven track record of strong talent acquisition & management experience and a passion for developing and implementing training and development programs, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource-related activities for the plant, including but not limited to, the process of talent recruitment, induction, training & development, termination, and system compliance, and other administrative functions.

You will oversee the planning and creation of company-wide training schedules, differentiate between mandatory safety and regulatory trainings and departmental operations related trainings, and ensure retaining of talents by keeping up-to-date on market trends on pay policies, bonus structures and other benefits.

About the Job:

• Manage all human resource-related activities for the plant, including talent recruitment, induction, training & development, termination, and system compliance.

• Ensure retaining of talents by keeping up-to-date on market trends on pay policies, bonus structures and other benefits.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies, lead HR systems and processes administration.
• Provide appropriate trainings, support, and guidance to all employees for skill development and continuous improvement of HR & Admin processes.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant commerce discipline.
• Postgraduate in similar field preferred.
• 10+ years of HR & Admin management in Steel or Manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, as well as leading HR systems and processes administration.
• Proven track record of strong talent acquisition & management experience, preferably in steel or manufacturing plant.
• Strong experience of developing and implementing training and development programs.

Salary Range: ₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience), depending on qualifications and prior work experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
