    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The Lead SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team.     Job Responsibilities

    • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
    • Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales development processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to SDRs to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track metrics, and provide regular performance reviews and constructive feedback.
    • Lead Generation: Personally contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying and engaging with potential prospects through outbound prospecting activities.
    • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall business objectives.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on key metrics and performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.

    Skills Requirement

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proven experience in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
    • Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role, preferably in a sales environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development
