    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As the MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for our projects. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in MEP project management
    • Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Sound business acumen and budgeting skills
    • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
    • Proficiency in project management software
    • Certifications in project management and MEP systems will be an advantage

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for our projects
    • Manage and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
    • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
    • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
    • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MEP systems
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
