- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in MEP project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Sound business acumen and budgeting skills
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software
- Certifications in project management and MEP systems will be an advantage
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for our projects
- Manage and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
