- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience with DellEMC VMAX3, PMAX, VNX, ISILON, NetApp & Brocade SAN Switches. Additional experience with PureStorage, HDS, Cisco SAN Switches, and HPE would be an advantage.
- Experience working with Solaris, Linux, Windows, VMware, and Citrix Virtualizations
- Strong proficiency in storage replication, mirroring, and backup recovery procedures
- Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy
- Ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work outside business hours as needed to support production systems
- Demonstrated experience collaborating and resolving customer issues according to agreed-upon service levels.
- A certification in a relevant technical domain such as DellEMC, NetApp, or Brocade SAN Switches is desirable for this role.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IMMEDIATE JOINEES ONLY-DellEMC VMAX3, PMAX, VNX, ISILON, NetApp & Brocade SAN Switches Administration Engineer - L2&L3 located in Mumbai. The role involves day-to-day tasks associated with managing and administering storage environments, providing hardware and software support for SAN switches, and maintaining uptime and performance.
Position Summary
The candidate will be part of Service delivery and support the Storage operation of client.
Assisting in management of storage environment to maintain performance at desired optimum levels
along with OEM and customer team.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Abilities

1. Periodic maintenance of all types of Storage Capacity for Dell Infrastructure.
2. Assisting in the development of storage management policy, configuration and management of
disk array, storage virtualization, Storage allocation, Zoning, SAN fabric / switches,
3. Auto provisioning in PMAX
4. Daily status report on process execution on health.
5. Shall be responsible for creation, implementation and configuration of storage LUNs on need
basis.
6. Shall be responsible for end-to-end monitoring of storage solution.
7. LUN creation, configuration and Zoning of LUNs.
8. Handle Incident calls from start to close
9. Writing RCA for issues
10. Planning and Upgradation of storage
11. Planning and upgradation of SCG
12. Planning and upgrade of Unisphere
13. Planning and upgrade of SAN FOS
14. Handle customer meetings
15. Availability for L1 and L2 to support 24X7
16. Engage and escalate the issues with OEM and Vendors
17. In-depth Knowledge of NetApp CLI and GUI
18. In-depth knowledge of PMAX cli and GUI
19. SANnav installation and upgrades
20. Good to have scripting and automation knowledge
21. Good knowledge of ITIL best practices
22. Handle and support in DR-drill activities and related issues
23. Competency in analyzing and resolving performance issues related to SAN storage
24. Good to have DC migration experiences
25. Good to have storage migration experiences
26. Good to have Switch migration experiences
27. End to end storage monitoring and support with the collaboration of OEM backend team.
