    Position Title: Expert Backend Engineer

    Location: PUNE , IN

    Department: Engineering

    Employment Type: Full-time

    Summary:

    is on the lookout for a Expert Backend Engineer with a robust background in Spring Boot, Spring Security, and scalable chatbot systems, along with extensive experience in developing frameworks and algorithms in Java.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and build advanced, scalable backend frameworks using Java, enhancing the functionality and reliability of our microservices architecture.
    • Develop sophisticated algorithms in Java to solve complex problems and improve the efficiency and performance of our cognitive services.
    • Implement secure and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Security, ensuring robustness and reliability.
    • Lead the design and management of APIs and discovery services, optimizing system integration and communication.
    • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of backend systems, guaranteeing high performance and rapid issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Profound expertise in Java, with a strong track record of developing frameworks and algorithms for complex systems.
    • Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security, focused on creating secure, scalable microservices.
    • Demonstrated ability in service discovery, API development, and microservices design patterns.
    • Skilled in designing and implementing high-performance, real-time backend systems for chatbot applications.
    • Expert in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in distributed environments.
    • Ability to innovate and execute in a dynamic startup atmosphere, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in NLP and chatbot development.
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration technologies.

    Experience Level:

    • Senior level, with 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, specifically with Java and microservices in a startup environment.

    Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
